Proprietary Framework

Author Ongoing Growth System™

Six stages, four groups, one continuous rhythm. AOGS™ exists so that nothing in your book's growth depends on someone remembering to do it.

Why a framework at all?

Most author services are transactional: a cover here, a keyword sheet there, a burst of marketing on release day, then silence. The book's performance becomes a function of whoever happened to be paying attention that month.

AOGS™ replaces attention with architecture. Each of the six stages has a named owning group, a defined set of deliverables, a checkpoint you approve, and a report. When a stage completes, the next one is already scoped. When a quarter closes, the cycle restarts with fresh data rather than fresh guesswork.

It is also why we can quote timelines honestly. We are not estimating creative inspiration - we are running a process we have run hundreds of times.

Stage 01 · Week 1

Discover

We audit three things before touching anything: the manuscript, the market and the author. Manuscript readiness, genre positioning, comparable titles, current listing health, existing audience and revenue baseline. The output is a written diagnostic - not a proposal - so you can see the gap before you decide to close it.

Owned by the Publishing & Editorial Group.

Deliverables

  • Manuscript readiness report
  • Market and comp-title analysis
  • Listing / platform health audit
  • Baseline metrics snapshot

Stage 02 · Weeks 2 - 5

Build

Everything the release needs is produced in parallel: editorial passes, interior layout, ebook build, cover, A+ Content modules, trailer assets and the listing copy itself. Each item has an owner and an approval checkpoint. Nothing goes to launch half-built.

Owned by the Publishing + Design Groups.

Deliverables

  • Print + ebook files
  • Cover and brand assets
  • A+ Content module set
  • Optimised listing copy
  • Trailer and short-form assets

Stage 03 · Weeks 6 - 9

Launch

Release is treated as a month, not a day. Pre-launch teasers, a coordinated go-live across stores, daily short-form during release week, a review push in week three and a retargeting wave in week four - all on a shared calendar you can see.

Owned by the Marketing & BookTok Group.

Deliverables

  • 30-day launch calendar
  • Store go-live coordination
  • 8 - 15 short-form videos
  • Review generation push
  • Weekly launch report

Stage 04 · Months 3 - 6

Grow

Post-launch is where most books die quietly. We keep the engine running: creator partnerships, newsletter growth from back-matter capture, community building, series cross-promotion and paid amplification where the maths supports it.

Owned by the Marketing + SEO Groups.

Deliverables

  • Creator partnership pipeline
  • Newsletter growth funnel
  • Series cross-promotion setup
  • Paid amplification tests

Stage 05 · Continuous

Optimize

Real data replaces assumptions. Keyword sets are refreshed against actual rank movement, categories are re-evaluated as competition shifts, descriptions and A+ modules are A/B reasoned against conversion, and pricing is tested seasonally.

Owned by the Amazon SEO & Optimization Group.

Deliverables

  • Quarterly keyword refresh
  • Category re-evaluation
  • Conversion iteration on copy + A+
  • Seasonal pricing tests

Stage 06 · Quarterly rhythm

Sustain

The stage that makes AOGS™ ongoing rather than a project. Every quarter your catalogue gets a refresh cycle, a strategy review with all four Group Leads, and a written plan for the next ninety days - including the next release.

Owned by the All four groups.

Deliverables

  • Quarterly catalogue refresh
  • Group Lead strategy review
  • Next 90-day written plan
  • Live reporting board access

The clearest process I have experienced with any team. Weekly updates, honest timelines, and a listing that finally ranks.

Adaeze M.

Literary Fiction Author

They rebuilt my Amazon listing from the ground up. Conversion more than doubled and the A+ Content looks like a major publisher made it.

Daniel K.

Business Author

My backlist started selling again. Nobody had ever explained series architecture to me before.

Ruth O.

Romance Series Author

No pushy sales talk. They told me what my book needed, what it did not need, and delivered exactly that.

Ibrahim S.

Memoir Author

Beautiful interior layout and a trailer my readers still share. Small revision round, handled fast.

Grace N.

Children's Books

The BookTok campaign was the first marketing that ever actually moved copies for me.

Peter A.
