Selected Work

Books we've helped launch, rank & grow.

Six full case studies across Amazon SEO, A+ Content, BookTok, publishing and author websites - including the problem we walked into and the numbers we walked out with.

Amazon SEO · Literary Fiction

The Salt In Her Voice

Budget $100 - $5006 weeks

The challenge - A well-reviewed debut sitting on page four of every relevant search, placed in two categories far too broad for a first-time author.

Our approach - Full keyword demand map, subtitle rewrite, all seven backend terms rebuilt, and a move into two deep sub-categories with realistic rank ceilings. Description rewritten with conversion structure and HTML formatting.

  • Top 10 in two categories within 6 weeks
  • 240% lift in listing conversion
  • 3.4× organic impressions

A+ Content · Business / Non-Fiction

Quiet Systems

Budget $500 - $1,0003 weeks

The challenge - Strong authority, weak listing. The page looked self-published next to traditionally published competitors.

Our approach - Seven-module A+ set: brand story banner, credibility block, comparison table against the three nearest competitors, framework diagram, and a closing CTA module. Copy written to match the design argument.

  • Conversion up 112%
  • Return rate down to 0.4%
  • Listing now used as the author's keynote landing page

BookTok · Romance Series

Midnight Harmattan (Series)

Budget $1,000 - $5,0003 months

The challenge - Three books, three disconnected covers, and a backlist that stopped selling the week after each release.

Our approach - Unified cover system, series pages on Amazon and the author site, back-matter linking between all three titles, and a rolling 90-day short-form campaign feeding each book into the next.

  • Backlist sales up 3.1×
  • 1,900 series reviews
  • 18k newsletter subscribers by end of quarter

Publishing · Travel / Illustrated

The Lagos Field Guide

Budget $1,000 - $5,00010 weeks

The challenge - A heavily illustrated interior that had failed print validation four times with two other providers.

Our approach - Rebuilt the interior at correct trim and bleed, colour-profiled every plate for print, produced a separate reflowable ebook edition, and distributed to print-on-demand plus five digital stores.

  • Passed print validation first attempt
  • Live in 6 stores in 10 weeks
  • Zero print-quality complaints across 1,200 copies

Websites · Memoir

Ibrahim S. - Author Platform

Budget $500 - $1,0003 weeks

The challenge - No home base. Every marketing effort pointed at a single Amazon link with no way to capture a reader.

Our approach - Custom author site with book pages, press kit, buy-link routing by store and region, newsletter capture wired to a welcome sequence, plus technical SEO and schema markup.

  • Site ranks page one for the author's name
  • 2,100 subscribers in the first quarter
  • 31% of book sales now originate on-site

BookTok · Thriller

Nightwatch Protocol

Budget $500 - $1,00030 days

The challenge - A strong thriller with no audience and a launch date four weeks out.

Our approach - Compressed thirty-day launch calendar: twelve hook-tested short-form videos, a creator outreach list of forty accounts, and a review push in week three.

  • #1 New Release in its sub-category
  • 640 reviews in 60 days
  • Two creator videos above 400k views

The Interview

Adaeze Mbanefo

Enugu, Nigeria · author of The Salt In Her Voice

Adaeze wrote for eleven years before she let anyone read a full draft. We sat with her three weeks after her launch month closed.

Q. What was the hardest part of finishing this book?

A. Trusting that a quiet story could hold a reader. There is no murder, no twist. Just a woman and the sea and everything she refused to say out loud. I kept waiting for someone to tell me it was too small.

Q. What changed when the team came in?

A. Someone finally told me what the market was doing without telling me to change my book. The keyword work was done around the story I had already written, not around a story they wished I had written.

Q. What surprised you about launch week?

A. How much of it was already decided before launch day. By the time the book went live, the categories, the A plus page and the first fourteen days of posts were built. I mostly answered readers.

Q. What would you say to an author still sitting on a manuscript?

A. Finish it badly and fix it later. A perfect unfinished book helps nobody, least of all you.

The clearest process I have experienced with any team. Weekly updates, honest timelines, and a listing that finally ranks.

Adaeze M.

Literary Fiction Author

They rebuilt my Amazon listing from the ground up. Conversion more than doubled and the A+ Content looks like a major publisher made it.

Daniel K.

Business Author

My backlist started selling again. Nobody had ever explained series architecture to me before.

Ruth O.

Romance Series Author

No pushy sales talk. They told me what my book needed, what it did not need, and delivered exactly that.

Ibrahim S.

Memoir Author

Beautiful interior layout and a trailer my readers still share. Small revision round, handled fast.

Grace N.

Children's Books

The BookTok campaign was the first marketing that ever actually moved copies for me.

Peter A.
